Our Clients with Printing Needs Typically Come to Us with 3 Questions:
How do we reduce escalating printing costs without impacted printing needs?
How do we manage my current printing fleet to simplify availability and free my staff?
Do we have the right mix of printers in our fleet and which ones are straining resources and budget?
The answer is…Managed Print Services support by HUB Tech and HP
Through our HP partnership, we offer Managed Print Services which will improve productivity, enhance security and lower operational costs. We are also an MHEC F07 contract holder for Managed Print for Education institutions.
We want to remove your printing headaches and help you focus on what you do best—instead of spending hours managing your printing and imaging fleet.
Getting Started with Managed Print Services
With our partner HP, we offer a number of assessments to create the right solution to your printing problems.
Schedule an HP/HUB Tech assessment:
- Needs assessment to discuss the print management needs of your organization and create a print strategy.
- Print Environment assessment to document your current print fleet (make/model, office location, and print volume for each device). Data is collected from your print devices and securely transmitted to HP. Software tools are used such as FM Audit Suite to access the printer fleet and pull utilization reports from the printers.
- Baseline Cost Assessment to document your actual spending on supplies, parts, and consumables to help determine the cost of your print environment.
Once the information has been gathered around your print environment, a proposal will determine the support costs of each device under a Managed Print Agreement.
Upon signing a Managed Print Services contract, your devices will receive a health check and are tagged with a printer sticker providing instructions for end-users to request supplies and service. If you order new devices at the onset of your MPS program, device training can be provided as needed. Depending on the scope of your MPS program, HP will make recommendations to help you communicate expected end-user behavior including how to request supplies and service within the parameters of your new MPS program.
Each quarter you will meet with an account manager for a quarterly business review. Your print fleet performance and service history will be reviewed. Recommendations may also be made to continue to improve your print environment.
