Joseph Lovetere

President

Joe Lovetere serves as President of HUB Tech and is responsible for overall operations. Joe has developed HUB Tech’s business plan and has helped the company achieve 9 years of double digit growth. Joe has over 25 years of experience in enterprise computing services having served Compaq/Digital for 18 of those years as a Distributed Account Manager and Field Service Engineer. While at Compaq, Joe received numerous awards for his achievements in customer satisfaction and sales growth. Prior to joining HUB Tech in 2001 he served as Sales Support Manager for a computer reseller and is an accomplished real estate developer. His leisure time is spent with family and working on collector cars.

Paul Shiff

Vice President

Paul Shiff serves as Vice President of Sales. With 30+ successful years of business acumen under his belt, he brings an entrepreneurial spirit as well as the experience necessary to bring together a focused sales team. Paul has completed numerous HP University courses and is an HP ASC and ASP for Enterprise solutions and storage. His prior experience in the retail and merchandising industry as the owner and partner of a number of companies allows him to understand business trends and optimize opportunities. He has been with HUB Tech since 2003 and has been an instrumental part of the company’s growth and vision. He is a Harley Davidson enthusiast, long distance cyclist and father of three grown children.

Robert Germain

Vice President Engineering

Robert Germain serves as VP of Engineering. Rob is an original founder of the company and oversees all aspects of Engineering and service operations. Robert leads HUB Tech’s Engineering Group, which is responsible for defining the company’s evolving technology vision and services strategy. He works directly with HUB Tech customers and leading industry partners engaging solutions which form HUB’s managed services portfolio. Under his leadership the engineering team also evaluates emerging technical trends and plays a major role in setting the technical direction for HUB’s technical activities.

Ryan Bates

Chief Technology Officer

Ryan Bates is HUB Tech’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and principal Microsoft consultant. Since his start in 2004 as a freshman in college, Ryan has worked in every technical position in the company, from desktop technician to solutions architect, finally taking on the role of CTO in August of 2015. As CTO, Ryan’s responsibilities include refining the technical vision for the company and developing the specifications which determine how those visions are implemented. Ryan works closely with Paul and Rob to coordinate the HUB Tech Core Competencies into a plan that the sales and engineering teams use to deliver excellent service to our customers.

Eric C. Dunham

IT Security & Business Continuity Practice Lead

Eric Dunham is an IT Security and Business Continuity Practice Lead with HUB Technical Services, LLC.  With over twenty years of IT industry experience and has served in capacities such as an IT Security Consultant, IT Management, Sr. Data Center Solutions Architect, Program Management, and Application Development.  His hands-on experiences and knowledge have been acquired through decades of multi-faceted engagements with privately owned, publicly traded, and public sector institutions across the country.  Eric’s mission is to help organizations achieve intended business results by leveraging technology in a secure manner across their enterprise through the development, implementation, and evolution of “priorities-based” IT Security enhancement solutions.
