Joseph Lovetere

President

Joe Lovetere serves as President of HUB Tech and is responsible for overall operations. Joe has developed HUB Tech’s business plan and has helped the company achieve 9 years of double digit growth. Joe has over 25 years of experience in enterprise computing services having served Compaq/Digital for 18 of those years as a Distributed Account Manager and Field Service Engineer. While at Compaq, Joe received numerous awards for his achievements in customer satisfaction and sales growth. Prior to joining HUB Tech in 2001 he served as Sales Support Manager for a computer reseller and is an accomplished real estate developer. His leisure time is spent with family and working on collector cars.

Paul Shiff

Vice President

Paul Shiff serves as Vice President of Sales. With 30+ successful years of business acumen under his belt, he brings an entrepreneurial spirit as well as the experience necessary to bring together a focused sales team. Paul has completed numerous HP University courses and is an HP ASC and ASP for Enterprise solutions and storage. His prior experience in the retail and merchandising industry as the owner and partner of a number of companies allows him to understand business trends and optimize opportunities. He has been with HUB Tech since 2003 and has been an instrumental part of the company’s growth and vision. He is a Harley Davidson enthusiast, long distance cyclist and father of three grown children.

Dan Lovetere

Service Delivery Manager

Dan Lovetere has been with HUB Tech since 2003 having started as a Service Technician.  Through a long term on-site assignment at a Boston Career Center, Dan grew into a database analyst, developing reports to measure performance and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.  In 2010, Dan became a Citrix Administrator, supporting a multitude of Virtualized Server, Application, and Desktop environments. He attained his CCIA Citrix Integration Architecture Certification in 2012 and played a key role in developing and defining HUB Tech’s application and desktop virtualization practice.  He also served as a lead Project manager and Presales specialist.  Dan also played a key role in internal process improvement as DBA applying analytics for better business outcomes.  In 2017, Dan was promoted to Service Delivery Manager and now oversees a team of Solution Architects, Network and Server Support engineers, and Project execution teams.  Dan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and is an accomplished filmmaker having written, produced and directed music videos, documentaries and feature films in his spare time.

Eric C. Dunham

IT Security & Business Continuity Practice Lead

Eric Dunham is an IT Security and Business Continuity Practice Lead with HUB Technical Services, LLC.  With over twenty years of IT industry experience and has served in capacities such as an IT Security Consultant, IT Management, Sr. Data Center Solutions Architect, Program Management, and Application Development.  His hands-on experiences and knowledge have been acquired through decades of multi-faceted engagements with privately owned, publicly traded, and public sector institutions across the country.  Eric’s mission is to help organizations achieve intended business results by leveraging technology in a secure manner across their enterprise through the development, implementation, and evolution of “priorities-based” IT Security enhancement solutions.
